Quest Apartments are located in the heart of Napier, just 5 minutes’ walk from the waterfront and Marine Parade. Built in 1919 and refurbished, this historic property offers self-contained apartment-style accommodation with satellite TV.

All apartments have a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, small fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and a microwave. Each apartment has a seating area and a desk with a lamp, ideal for catching up on some work.

Located opposite the picturesque Clive Square, Expressotel is 7-minutes’ walk from the waterfront at Marine Parade. It offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs. Guests enjoy free WiFi.

Located in the heart of Napier, the retro expressotel is opposite the Municipal Theater and is 7 minutes’ walk from Hawke’s Bay Museum. It is 10-minutes’ drive from Mission Estate Winery, Church Road Winery and Hawke's Bay Airport. Guests are within reach of cafes and restaurants.

  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of the intended arrival date may be charged full fees.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to request an invoice for prepayment from the hotel please contact leanne@conference.nz.
  • If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card please contact leanne@conference.nz to arrange.
  • If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Leanne.
