Brad Singh

Brad is a Chartered Professional Engineer who has worked internationally as a key leader in multiple sectors working on resilience of infrastructure, asset management and infrastructure performance improvement.

For the last three years he has been with Wellington City Council and is currently the Manager of Transport & Infrastructure. He has an ambition to make positive changes for the future of Wellington and its resident and prides himself on building a team who are confident from gaining a range of experiences, empowered to make decisions and continues to grow, learn, and thrive.

Brad has previously developed numerous asset management plans across various utilities, developed the Business Case for Wellington Electricity’s Earthquake Preparedness Plan and has co-authored the Wellington City Council 30-year Infrastructure Strategy.
