Terms and conditions

  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of the intended arrival date may be charged full fees.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to request an invoice for prepayment from the hotel please contact sarah@conference.nz.
  • If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card please contact sarah@conference.nz to arrange.
  • If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Sarah.
