We invite you to explore the accommodation options below, where room blocks have been secured at exclusive rates. These can be booked during the registration process, and all properties are within walking distance of the conference venue.

If your organisation uses a corporate travel or booking agent, we encourage you to book your accommodation through the conference registration system. We can work directly with your travel agent by forwarding their purchase order (PO) number or accommodation voucher to the hotel, or by arranging a prepayment invoice where required. This allows you to secure the conference accommodation rate while meeting your organisation's booking requirements. Please contact Sarah Scott to arrange sarah@conference.nz.

Terms & conditions

  • Rates are per room, per night and include 15% GST (goods and service tax)
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
  • Accommodation cancellations, or reduction of nights reserved within 30 days of the conference may be subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking and are stored securely in our encrypted credit card portal
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee
  • If you wish to request an invoice to prepay the accommodation contact sarah@conference.nz to arrange
  • If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card that the attendee will not have on their person please contact sarah@conference.nz to arrange
  • If charges are the responsibility of a third party (ie, corporate travel agent), please provide a letter from the third party stating what charges are to be covered to sarah@conference.nz
  • When booking your hotel, if the online system indicates it is full then please email sarah@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates. The hotel may not be full, your dates may just fall outside the dates held in the room block
