Our Beca Chief Executive Forum is designed exclusively for local government chief executives to explore the key shifts shaping our sector—including those driven by central government - and stay ahead of emerging trends.
Chief Executives will hear directly from those leading change, engage in rich discussions, and gain early insights into developments that could impact your organisation.
Just as importantly, this is a rare opportunity for chief executives to connect with their peers in a confidential, supportive setting—to share experiences, challenges, and ideas with others who truly understand the unique demands of the role.
